Refund Policy

1. One-time purchases (courses, training programs, ebooks)
If you are not satisfied with a one-time purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@edu7digital.site from the address used at checkout, including your order number.
2. Subscriptions (SaaS tools)
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in error or immediately after intending to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Fair use
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same content or bulk downloading followed by a refund request.
